Wild Parsnip (June 3rd)

Wild Parsnip is an invasive herbaceous plant. It commonly grows in old fields, along roadsides, and newly disturbed ground. It grows 3-5’ tall with yellow flowers, somewhat resembling dill when it flowers. This plant can be very dangerous; the oils from this plant cause severe burns if they make contact to your skin while exposed to sunlight.
